● Protect — International Health Insurance

Health cover that moves with you, not just the country you left.

International health insurance built for expats and digital nomads living outside their home country — so a change of address, or a new country every few months, never means a gap in cover.

Why This Matters

"Back home" cover has a habit of stopping at the border.

We hear the same three stories from expats, again and again.

🌍

Home-market plans don't travel

Domestic health insurance is usually built around domestic healthcare systems — and quietly stops paying out the moment you're treated somewhere else.

📋

Old cover, unchecked assumptions

Policies taken out years ago in a different country, at a different age, are rarely reviewed against where — and how — you actually live today.

🚑

No one to call in an emergency

When something happens overseas, a policy number isn't enough — you need a global assistance line that actually answers, and a network that pays hospitals directly.

Good To Know

The honest print, in plain English

Every insurance policy has terms and limits — here are the ones worth knowing upfront.

Pre-existing conditions

Conditions you already knew about before your start date generally aren't covered unless they're specifically declared and accepted in writing beforehand.

Some benefits carry waiting periods

A small number of benefits — routine and major dental among them — only start paying out after an initial waiting period, typically six months.

Planned treatment needs pre-authorisation

Planned inpatient and day-case treatment must be approved in advance so the insurer can pay the hospital directly. Emergencies are handled differently — call the 24-hour assistance line as soon as you're able to.

Claims are handled independently

An independent claims adjudication team processes claims, so outpatient pay-and-claim requests and larger settlements are assessed fairly and separately from the sales side of the business.
